GENERAL OBJECTIVE:
Democratize mental health and family mental health services, based on models that have proven their effectiveness worldwide
Program Needs:
We know of the current importance of democratizing access to mental health care and family mental health, which is why it is necessary to have a training program for health and supervision teams to guarantee the application of learning and facilitate conversations. that help strengthen technical competencies and skills for mental health care and family mental health, such competencies are essential to successfully navigating diverse cultures, economic, educational, and political systems, national historical narratives, religions, and even geographic zones.

Methodology
Our methodology is inspired by the ECHO project, by training in mhGAP and by the PAHO mental health team supervision model, mainstreamed by the QualityRights Initiative, used to build capacity among mental health practitioners, people with psychosocial, intellectual and cognitive disabilities, people using mental health services, families, care partners and other supporters, nongovernmental organizations, organizations of persons with disabilities and others on how to implement a human rights and recovery approach in the area of mental health in line with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and other international human rights standards.
